She spent six hours with Apple trying to fix it. So she called me. WebOpen the Setttings on iPhone and then go to Photos - Transfer to Mac or PC. Switch the Setting from “Automatic” to “Keep Originals”. Then restart the iPhone. Now you can start with Import the Photos and Videos.
