The movie succeeds in making the viewer creeped out by Josef while conveying why Aaron stays. It tells a simplicitic story in an oversaturated genre and forms its own unique voice. NettetFun fact in creep 2 Josef assimilates his identity and goes by Aaron through the movie. The protagonist is also much more on Aaron/Josef's level in the second movie. I love seeing him taken aback by her actions, it really flips the first movie on its head.
