But I had also made a profile for use in Condor, aptly named condor.ini. That worked, I am at least able to use the tracker again. I made my yaw, roll and pitch fine adjustments and all is now working fine.

I have only found one person with same problem but he was able to resolve by downloading the opentrack 32bit exe from github and he uninstalled trackhats version of opentrack.
