To eliminate the pickingInfo object creation, there would need to be a new scene.pickWithRayToRef which the user would pass a pickingInfo object. (this one looks a little difficult and might not be worth it) WebbUse this method to simulate a pointer up on a mesh The pickResult parameter can be obtained from a scene.pick or scene.pickWithRay Parameters pickResult: PickingInfo

I'd do it myself (and change the way the current scene.pickWithRay works as I find the predicate thingy a bit clunky) and return an array of Picks ordered on pick-first basis or an empty array if no mesh is picked and do a PR ...
